If the reports are confidential, doctors will state flat out that they cannot release any information to outside parties due to privacy laws. When I had a blood test performed, my boyfriend paid for the test and attempted to get the results for me as I was unavailable to at the time. He was specifically told that he could not recieve the results as a result of patient confidentially. This leads me to my next point. Why wouldn't you just TELL HER that she could not recieve the results?? Why give her the round around and make up false stories? WHO'S THE LIAR!?

July 7, 0207 Basir: You did talk to me and I have phone records that prove you called me at my home . You did tell me that my son was not the father. However, you are correct in saying that you told me the requesters of the test you performed askd you to lie. They did not, but you did. We have since had another DNA test done by a National DNA Testing Lab and my son has been proven to be the father in all certainy. Just a follow-up for your records. Have a great day as we enjoy our daughter and granddaughter every single day.

Hello, Genetest has strict policy of not providing results or personal information of the parties tested to unauthorized individuals regardless of their relationship to the individuals. The person who requested the test and paid for has specifically requested not to provide any information to Barbara. The test was completed and the results were provided to the authorized individuals in July through verbal, electronically and by mail. The non invasive test has limitations due to very small amount of fetal DNA. All parties are thoroughly informed of the limitations and restrictions. In cases where we are unable to complete this test we would recollect and redo the test without any cost to the client. In rare cases a second try is unsuccessful, in such cases we refund one half of the amount paid and still complete the test after the child is born without any additional cost. Barbara should refrain from providing wrong and deceiving information to the public.
