Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My wife and I attended a time share presentation 1 year ago at the Jockey Club/Geo Holiday In Las Vegas.

We met a salesman named Rick Carnes who spent a few hours with us giving a presentation about Geo Holiday. We liked what we heard and bought in to the program for around $13,000, Mr Carnes showed us on the computer during our presentation of all the great places we could go now and when we retire. We left the presentation as new members and were so excited about our new and future travel opportunities. After about 3months went by we started to make travel plans with our new time share, this is when we found out that everything Mr.Carnes told us were All Lies!! And we mean 100%!!!

We could not get reservations at any of the places that he showed us or that we wanted to go! Everytime we tried we were told its not available and the Geo holiday members services dept even made the statement that we were given some wrong information from our salesperson. we now feel that  Mr Carnes whole presentation was a fake and  a set up, he showed us and told us what we wanted to hear just to make a fast buck!! He totally scammed us out of our money and we thought he was very honest and credible, boy were we fooled!! Stay away from this company and dont believe a salesman like this guy no matter how honest he sounds. Rick Carnes and Geo Holiday are a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!
