GEO Telecom - DMV Plus Phone Card Scam on rates indicated and most numbers I call can not be reached. Www.geo-telecom.com DC, Maryland, Virginia
Used this card for over 1 year to call Russia and Germany. Always buy my cards at the local liquor store. Last three months 90% of the numbers I call can not be reached and the automated system replies that "this number is not in service" or that "I can not use this service from my phone".
Very strange because the #s has not changed in 5 years. By the rates indicated I'm supposed to have over 6 hours with Moscow for $5.00. After one hour call the card does not have any money left and the call can not be completed.
Indicated "No connection fee" After the firs use, the next day the balance at least $1.00 less then it was.
When I try to contact the customer service of GEO Telecom - 1-800-545-5169 I can only leave a message but nobody ever responds.
