Complaint Review: GeoData Systems Management Inc. - Middleburg Heights Ohio

This website exists to highlight fraudulent entities.  Unfortunately it is also a site used to slander reputable firms to extort money.  With Maddox's abject failure to address the facts, costs and issues involved, we requested Maddox to have their attorneys contact us.  They declined to even respond.  Instead they posted additonal slander with more demands for money.

There is no point responding to the latest slander posted.  And yes, SLANDER is intentionally untruthful representations made to damage another entity or person.

Our first knowledge of this slander came from outside parties alerting us of the slander for purposes of legal response.  While we appreciate those parties notifying us of the problem, the matter has already referred to our legal counsel for action.

We do not expect to again respond on this website and shall deal with these people professionally in the proper forum.  Of note, our firm has been dealing with the military for nearly 25 years and we have never before been subjected to such unscrupulous tripe. 

In Mr. Jackim's Rebuttal he states that he could not make the delivery of Naval Gunnery targets as our company was not capable to receive a pallet and that our company was having difficulty getting paid by the USMC. This is a flat out lie. We receive pallets daily and ship pallets daily to the military from our location. We have been in this business for over 15 years and have never had any issues receiving pallets. Mr Jackim informed us that he could not deliver the product that we had purchased as he was having manufacturing difficulties and after 6 months went by and we had lost the contract due to nonperformance we asked for our deposit back as he could not produce a product. He would not return our deposit. 

The USS ESSEX has never received these targets, Mr. Jackim never made or delivered these targets. Mr. Jackim also states that he attempted to deal with Jason Maddox, the CEO regarding this matter. We have zero email or phone corrispondence from Mr. Jackim trying to return our money. There was no offer made and no attempt to return our money. He also had no intent to deliver the targets or make good on the order which was over 2 years later and in default. Mr. Jackim states that the 15th MEU balked at completion of the deal, this is also untrue we received a contract, we paid for product, product wasn't delivered, money was stolen, customer didn't receive goods and cancelled the order as DLA funding was not available a year later and delivery was not made as Mr. Jackim promised it would, Mr Jackim simply ran away with our money. 

Mr. Jackim states that we have violently misrepresented and slandered him. To slander someone is to make untrue lies about them publically. We have not slandered Mr Jackim as we have not told a single lie and all of the facts stated in these reports can clearly be founded through email corrispondence which we will gladly make available to the public. However the lies Mr. Jackim states in his rebuttal are slander towards us and are completely untrue. I ask him to please share any documents that can support him claims, renact that statement, or we will add Slander to the pile of claims that we have against him. 

Finally in the Rebuttal Mr. Jackim states that if we are willing he will refund our money. Why wouldn't we be willing to accept our returned money. We have been asking for our money since it was taken and until we filed Mr. jackim in the Rip Off report he refused to answer our calls or return any of our emails. 

If Mr. Jackim returns our money within 14 days, we will retract our claims of theft, Embezzlement, Torturious Interference with Government Contracts, Wire Fraud, Slander and other claims that we have pending against Mr. Jackim. In addition we will stop the ongoing investigations we have started against Mr. jackim and his company Geo Data Systems with the FBI, San Diego Police Departments as well as the Berea, Middleburg Heights, and Ridgeville Ohio Police Departments. We will also take the account out of collections as well as drop pending lawsuits that we are forming against Mr. Jackim. We will also notify the BBB as well as the DOD, DLA, GSA, and other Government agencies that this matter has been resolved and claims against him have been dropped.

If we do not receive corrispondence and a return of our money in full within 14 days (May 22nd) then we will pursue all legal (Civil and Criminal) ramifications against Mr. Jackim and make sure that he will not be able to steal anyone elses money or fraud another person or company. We will be charging him for interest and damages from his behavior and possesion of our working capital as well as lawyer and collection fees if our money isn't returned in a timely manner. 

If Mr. Jackim wishes to return our money he can reach us in writing by email at [email protected] for wire instructions. Once wire is received then we will retract and drop all claims against Mr. Jackim and Geo Data Systems and will alert everyone that Mr. Jackim has made good on his business dealings and this matter will be closed. We hope that Mr. Jackim will make the right choice. 

We will update this report as well as the other open claims against Mr. Jackim with his timely response to this Rebuttal and willingness to return our money and confirm when the money has been returned. Because Mr. Jackim made an offer to pay us back the money that he has taken from us in his last rebuttal we are affording him 14 days to make good on his promise and will hold investigations and legal intradiction until the Date of May 22, 2017.

Maddox Defense of Poway, CA contacted us for Naval Gunnery Targets (NavTGTs) to be produced and delivered to the 15th MEU (USMC) at Camp Pendleton.  Maddox paid the full cost of NavTGTs ordered us$15,650.  NavTGTs were produced.  

Prior to shipment to Camp Pendleton, Ms Neva Lundy of Maddox called to ask us to hold delivery to the USMC.  We complied.  They apparantly were having difficulty getting paid by the USMC.  Thereafter she requested delivery to their offices, which we discovered were not capable to receive a pallet via freight carrier.

Complicating matters further, 15th MEU deployed onboard the USS ESSEX.  The ESSEX contacted us direct requesting delivery of NavTGTs.  We informed them of the NavTGTs were already made and held by us for Maddox.  Nothing happened.  Not with 15th MEU or ESSEX or Maddox. No one got any NavTGTs.  Eventually, months later, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) ordered NavTGTs that we beleive were delivered to USS ESSEX.

We have attempted to deal with Jason Maddox regarding this matter.  Nothing we offer is acceptable.  We tried to forward to him delivery of NavTGTs under a DLA contract to us, he refused.  We offered to send him the NavTGTs, he refused.  Mr Maddox has been less than forthright in these dealings.  We are not fully aware of why 15th MEU balked at completion of his deal.  We do not know what he was charging the USMC for our NavTGTs, which are normally sold direct by us to military commands.  We did what was required to support him and did not interfer in his business deal which failed.  If he is willing, we shall eventually refund his money.

We have been making and delivering these NavTGTs for nearly 25 years.  His violent misrepresentations and slander are unfounded.
