Germania despite being paid timely and no fault of the homeowner has caused a widow and fatherless kids tens of thousands of dollars in attorney fees to try to get them to pay for a fire insurance claim from September 2017. Germania isn’t credited by the better business and they are not like State Farm or farmers insurance where they have mandated policies to pay claims. Germania is a part of the good ole boy system and some of the Texas insurance agents working for them are under a open claim for doing things that I personally think is unethical. My lake house was in trust for my three children and the house was to be sold three days after the fire to purchase another place for my sons health he has brittle bone disease and has broken 23 bones in his body including both hips and back. He has had pancreatitis six times since 2014 because of the pain medicine he is forced to take for his chronic pain. He was moving to Colorado where he can get off of pain pills and stop the pancreatitis from accruing so much and probably having pancreatitis so much he will have to have a bag and his pancreas removed if we do not stop the pain pills. I have never done anything illegal and was a bail agent for years. I believe in upholding the law and I in no way have had charges or anything like that brought against me so them not paying me is so wrong and should be criminal on them. They know I am a widow and know my son needs a place in Colorado and they are stalling and causing a widow to stress and be sick with worry for her child’s health.

After seeing your response Friday to email you with information regarding my complaint I still never received a response? I would like paid in full for my fire claim. I have always paid my premiums and like I said this has been since September 2017 it’s bad business and I will take action and go to the press with all of the bad acts of Germania agents.
