On 12/19/04 I ordered products from Get Organized in the amount of $118.21. They deposisted funds on 12/24/04. On 2/16/05, I called to check on the status of my order, since no product had been received. At that time, Stella (I learned later this was a fake name) explained my order was no where in the system. She then instructed me to email her a copy of the check I sent, and a refund of the amount + bank fee would be issued. She then gave me a fake email address to send the info to.

On 2/21/05, I called back to get the proper email address, and was again given a fake one. I called back and asked for a supervisor, and was instead fowarded to the operators voice mail which was full. This happened a few times. Finally, I confronted the operator with his behavior and noted that Get Organized was giving me the run around, and possibly committing fraud. I then asked for a manager, and was finally connected with one.

I spoke with Ms. Irvin, who acknowledged the fake name and email addresses. She then gave me her email, and told me to send her the copy of the check and it would be processed. We discussed details of the incident, and my concerns of fraud. She assured me a refund would be issued immediately.

On 3/9/05 I called her back since no refund had been received. I got 3 different stories from her. Her final story was that a refund was "in the mail" and would be to me by that Friday. Of course, it is now 3/23/05, and NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

In my opinion, Get Organized has no intention of providing me a refund. I have issued a complaint with the postmaster for fraud. The Get Organized employees gave me fake email addresses, name, and the run around. I believe this is a stall tactic used in order to confuse and frustrate the consumer. I believe they had no intention of completeing my order or refund. Don't use them, unless you want to throw money away!

A few months ago, I had ordered over $100 worth of merchandise from Get Organized. Got a confirmation email with my order number. Several weeks later I'm wondering where my order is. Went to the website and type in my information and click "find it" only to receive an error. I send an email to their customer service email and several days later it bounces back. I tried calling their number (1-610-725-1135) and press the prompt to get customer service and it just rings. I call back and try another selection about my order and it just rings. I call and select the prompt to place and order and lo' and behold I get someone. After inquiring about my order, they transfer me to a person. I give my order # and other information and they say it is being sent out now. After two weeks they finally send it out? Strange. They say I will receive my shipment within ten days. It is almost a month now and I have yet to receive my shipment. The website is still giving errors and the emails bounce back. I won't be dealing with Get Organized until things start working again. I hope this is not happening to others going to that site to place an order!
