Company charged for a warranty that they have in their possession. It is useless to me. Refuse to refund money for it.

"Purchased" a camcorder on their web site, but they would only confirm over the phone. When I called was put under extreme high pressure to buy lens, case & warranty. When I would say no, Tom would lower the price. I was told things like "There must be something wrong with you if you pass up such a bargain." and "I'm doing you a favor." I finally agreed to purchase the extras.

I called back 5 minutes later tring to cancel and person answering said no one was there and to try the next day. I called for 2 days, talking to several people and was finally told it had shipped but I could return it if I wasn't happy. It didn't ship until the next day.

When everything came, I decided to keep it all except the warranty. It was not the warranty that was described. Was told the warranty covered free yearly cleanings and repairs & would be picked up free at my home. The warranty actually charged for pick-up & delivery and charged for repairs.

I returned the warranty. After they received it they called trying to convince me to keep it. Said I would have to pay for it whether I had it or not because they would win out with the credit card company--they did too.

I have complained to them, credit card company and Better Business Bureau, all with no results.

Worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. They high pressured me, used bait and switch, lied, were rude and have my money for an item they have.
