Last night I received a call from customer service. After a rough start on both of us relaying our frustrations, we ended up having an informative conversation. What I learned is they are overwhelmed with emails, calls etc. from store owners needing customr service and are in need of more customr service reps. They are trying to hire customer services reps. and the problem I am told is that they just don't have the manpower to answer all of our questions expeditiously. They didn't anticipate the amount of customer service needed at christmas time to respond to us store owners, however, the good news is they are putting their time and efforts in making sure we get our commissions and our customers get their products as they had to prioritize their efforts. I have learned that they are in the process of hiring additional staff and putting an 800 number on their site sometime after the first of the year. He seemed was very sincere and apologetic. He seemed to understand our frustrations and assured me they are making progress with their efforts at both taking care of our concerns and responding more expeditiously. He further promised that all our customers will get their products on time and sincerely apologized for making us feel as though we were being ignored. When our emails go unanswered and we can't get through on the phone we can't help but fear we are being ripped off and he understood that. I told him that a lot of this could have been avoided if they could understand that customer support and service is something we all require to make our efforts successful. He agreed and promised we will see a change in that area very soon.

After filing this report I find they have taken over my store and locked me out. I have purchased traffic, over 50,000 for this holiday season and now I find that over the entire weekend they have hijacked my store and I no longer have access to it. My password is no longer any good and they have a new title at my URL. I have stopped my purchased traffic but will pursue bringing this company and all of their other names such as Megagoods to justice. I have put the time and money into marketing this store and they just took it over because they don't like my comments about their not answering their emails as we all have noticed. I didn't receive any correspondence from them, all my emails went unanswered and then out of the blue they take over my url without turning it over to me after requesting them to do so. Anyone having problems with this this company
