On August 3 2017 I purchased a 2005 chevy silverado 1500 along with an extended warranty. We were given an inspection check sheet for mechanical certification. Since I brought this truck home I have had to have it towed twice, and has had two starters replaced/installed. I replaced the battery that they promised they would replace. I have had this truck in at least half a dozen times. The a/c intermittently works but they report nothing wrong with it. Since Chevy service dept refuses to acknowledge anything is wrong with it I took it somewhere else for service and was told AND SHOWN the a/c belt has a big crack in it, none of the fluids were changed; brake, power steering fluid, transmission, cooling system flush. Front and rear shocks are leaking. All this was cleared by Gettel on the inspection checklist. And today the cluster was out. Gettel says they treat the customer with respect, dignity and honesty. What a joke.
