Gevalia Kaffe ripoff Account inactive but why are they still charging me every month? Clifton New Jersey
I have ordered some merchandise from Gevalia.com. But then I noticed that I was being charged $28.35 every month. When I contacted them asking why have they ben charging me that money they told me that they have been shipping me some other products because I was a member.
So every month they will be shipping me something but yet I never received any other shippment. Then when I checked my account the next month they charged me another $28.35. So I contacted them again and told them I would like to cancel my membership and I would like my money back for the shippment that I never received.
So they contacted me and told me that my account was cancelled and for me not to return any of the merchandise they sent but yet they keep charging me $28.35 every month. I have contacted them 4 times on this matter and they keep telling me the same thing about my account no longer being active but then, why are they still charging me every month?
