I told Gevalia company I would remove this ad if they made good on the return of our money. I had to explain that if they shipped the coffee pot according to thier site which said they shipped by Ups then they had a tracking number in which they could track the coffee pot down. We never recievied it. They said they sent it. But they returned the $19.95 and the $83.95 which they could not explain. At the time of return I was talking on other line with BBB. Not sure if that helped. They did mail out 4 small packages of coffee which had a bill in it for $37.95 which they said we could keep or pass out to friends. But I think mostly what did it was when I sent them the email addy to rip-off.com and said look up the complaints on your company. Alot of mistakes and alot of people not getting thier product and thier ad was misleading. It explained nothing about the membership or extra charges or how high it would be. So if Rip-Off Reports.com wants to remove this ad they can feel free to do so. I really apreciate such a site being online for consumers. It really helped.
