Gevalia Gevalia Kaffee You can NEVER cancel your account. Gevalia keeps shipping coffee and billing your credit card even after you have cancelled many times. Internet
Gevalia coffee is a bunch of crooks. Once you sign up with them you can never get rid of them. I have canceled my account several different times. By email and phone and they continue to send coffee. If you refuse the coffee they still charge you shipping on something you never ordered. Their customer service is non existent. The customer service people have these company phrases and don't act like they understand what you are saying. They even managed to charge me on an expired credit card. I believe they make their money by pretending not to notice you have canceled or returned an item. Plus you have to sit on hold for over 20 minutes just to talk to someone that can't understand your issue. It is no help to ask for a supervisor because they are always "unavailable". Gevalia is a bunch of crooks and thieves. Don't make the mistake of ever ordering from them. You will regret it.
