On 3-3-05 I ordered my first coffee and pot from this company. I was then sent a letter stating my coffee pot was out of stock. I finely received the order on 4-17-05. The first pot of coffee I made the water ran out of the pot and all over the cabnet and floor. I called Gevalia on the phone the the customer service rep said she would expedite a replacement pot that day. I was sent another letter on 4-25-05 again stating the pot was out of stock. I called to complain again and when I finley made contact on the phone, I was told the replacement pot was shipped on 4-22-05. Funny the last out of stock letter I received was date stamped 4-21-05.

I asked to cancle my membership with the customer service rep. She started to explain what Gevalia could do for me. I became enraged and explained the have not been able to do any thing right so far. I am still waiting for the replacement pot to arrive and hope it dose not turn out to be another problem.
