GEX International GEX Rebuilt engine broken on delivery, refunded warranty after second rebuild Booneville AK
They don't stand behind their work. They made my mechanic perform all sorts of tests that just confirmed it was a pile of junk worse than the one that was pulled out. Then they took forever to send someone from Arkansas in a truck to pick it up, drive it back, rebuild it, and drive it back. Then, they refunded the parts and labor warranty without consulting me and basically threw their hands up in the air. This means that any other future problems, they're not responsible for it at all! And the piece of junk still leaks oil like crazy.
They don't use quality parts. As mentioned elsewhere, they just throw in whatever makes it run on a test stand for a few minutes.
They don't even know what they're doing. The distributor shaft was in backwards!!
You can't trust them. I'm basically going to have to have it rebuilt again by a quality builder who doesn't commit obvious fraud.
