I received 7 day free trial of a credit score and when I called to cancel they said I hadn't signed up for anything. Low and behold I was charged 39.95 for service I hadn't used. On December 1 I called and spoke with a lady who assured me she had just cancelled it. Today I was charged 39.95 once again and after calling today the man asked if I had a confirmation number from my previous call on the 1st of December for the cancellation which I didn't. So the person I spoke with on the 1st lied when she said she had cancelled my subscription. If you have experienced this please be sure to get a confirmation number for your cancellation or they will continue to take your money
