I signed a contract with Troy Ronk dba Cowboys and Angels to make a mobile bar out of a horse trailer. This individual named Troy Ronk doing to fabricate the horse trailer into a bar. This individual took a deposit of $3800 for services which I have yet to see a single shred of proof of any work being done..
I checked references beforehand and thought I was dealing with a reputable and legitate business person but he told me lie after lie. I have filed a repoet with my local Sherriff and the transaction is under investigation.
