This morning I received an email from the company. I was told that my order has been placed on back order and the stock is expected to come in by the end of this week. They said that once it's been shipped I should receive an email letting me know it's on its way. We'll see...
I find it very interesting that no one bothered to tell me any of this until now. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered and payed for my products, and about 2 weeks since I first tried to contact them with my order issue, yet I didn't hear a word from the company until the day after I wrote 2 rip off reports on 2 different websites about them. I also filed another 2 or 3 customer support ticket forms again yesterday, so making a nuisance of yourself seems to be the way to go in dealing with these people.
If I do eventually receive my order I'll withdraw my complaint (though I don't think I'll be ordering from them again). For now, I'll just sit back and wait...
