On the 3rd of January this year I ordered a 60 day supply of a Ginale skin peel kit from the Ginale website. I paid immediately via credit card (and the payment went through). I have still not received my products. Now, this is where potential customers need to be warned about the company:

The Ginale company offers customers 2 ways of contacting them with problems or queries. 
1. The first way is a customer support ticket system. You lodge your issue by filling out a form online and when you click to submit the ticket it says:
Thank you for contacting us.
A support ticket request has been created and a representative will be getting back to you shortly. Support Team
But no one ever gets back to you- you never receive the ticket number you need to investigate the status of your ticket!

2. The second way the company says they offer customers a chance to deal with issues is through calling one of two phone numbers they have listed to reach a call centre. One number is for US residents only- I have not tried this number as I live in Australia.
The second number is an international customer number. On the email the company sent me when I initially tried to contact them by email about my problem they list this number as:1-814-347-0246
When I ring this number I'm told that my call cannot be connected!
On their website (www.ginaleskincare.com) in the Contact Us section this international number is listed as: 1-814-297-7676
When I ring this number I'm told that my call cannot be connected!
In other words, this company has taken my money, not delivered the products to me and hasn't given me any genuine way of contacting them about this problem. RIP OFF! DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS!

This morning I received an email from the company. I was told that my order has been placed on back order and the stock is expected to come in by the end of this week. They said that once it's been shipped I should receive an email letting me know it's on its way. We'll see...

I find it very interesting that no one bothered to tell me any of this until now. It has been almost 2 months since I ordered and payed for my products, and about 2 weeks since I first tried to contact them with my order issue, yet I didn't hear a word from the company until the day after I wrote 2 rip off reports on 2 different websites about them. I also filed another 2 or 3 customer support ticket forms again yesterday, so making a nuisance of yourself seems to be the way to go in dealing with these people. 

If I do eventually receive my order I'll withdraw my complaint (though I don't think I'll be ordering from them again). For now, I'll just sit back and wait...
