Glamour Shots ripoff Lost my photos and I'm out of 100's of dollars Mishawaka Indiana
Had photos taken of my 9 year old daughter. Got pressured into (my fault) buying about $ 1000.00 worth of photos - including a wall-of-fame portrait. They're trained for high pressure sales which I can usually decline but when they do it in front of a nine year old.. on her birthday... Of course, it wasn't a grand when they were quoting it but when they totalled it - all sorts of extra charges got tacked on. BUT - now, they've lost the photos - my kid will never be nine again - they acknowledge they've lost them - I just can't get anyone from local to corporate management to suggest a resolution. It's not that I'm being hard-nosed - they're just not calling me back. I had a regional Manager say he'd call me back in 5 minutes - when I called him after 15 minutes (when I didn't receive his call) he had left the building!! I'd like to resolve this - but a month of calling twice a week? If it was just a few dollars - I'd let it go - but this kind of money - I'm going to have to go through the hassle of suing these folks to just get an answer or remedy. And all I wanted was to give the kid a special birthday. They're a rip off because they're happy to take your money - but really don't care if you get something in return.
