Laura's comments were absolutely true....all the steps leading up to the sales pitch are accurate. My intention was to warn other customers about this company and their hidden agenda. These people that pamper you are not your friend--they are ALL on commission! My biggest complaint was that they made a mistake and admitted to it, but didn't do anything to correct it. The "Glamour Touch" was nothing I couldn't do with any photo program--a complete scam! The person who presented himself to me as the "owner" may be a stockholder, but when I made the inquiry at the corporate office-they told me he was not the owner. I would highly recommend everyone approach this company as if it were a used car lot and these were all hungry used car salesmen--even the "Consumer Response" is a little fishy...what kind of perfectly happy consumer is searching on THIS website and takes the time it took to write that detailed response unless they are part of the scam, related to someone who is part of the scam--or getting some sort of kickback for writing it?? When dealing with this company--if you must--question everything and everyone and make sure you take your calculator with you because their numbers don't add up!

I have done business and family portraiture with Glamour shots on multiple occasions at this very location. I have done so due to the phenomenal customer service, personal attention, and exceptional product they have offered me in the little time I've utilized their products and services. I was actually referred to the company by a co-worker of mine and her family from their very positive word-of-mouth and from the superb quality of the images they purchased. During my first experience, I felt very welcomed, very pampered, and very excited to see what kind of spin they'd put on business pictures for an escrow officer...and everything I'd been told about the process did indeed come to fruition. My make-up artist gave me outstanding personal attention, listened to every concern I had about the cosmetics that would be used (which I had originally had some reservations about having someone use make-up that they use on tons of customers daily on my face), explained to me the method of application and sanitation methods, asked me for my personal preferences with both my hair and make-up, and was there the entire time I was being photographed to touch me up. After the session, the sales person sat and had coffee with me (that she'd purchased) while the photos were imported through the computer system. During the presentation, which I thought was awesome with the music and the excitement, I was complimented sincerely, suggestions were made about which images were the most flattering, and I felt as though it made a bias decision a whole lot easier. I was offered a disk and print package, but declined that package because I didn't need prints, and could not afford to spend that amount on something that would be a luxury when at that moment I needed these images as necessity. It was explained to me that each image that I wanted on a disk would be $175/pose which included their Glamour Touch. Originally, the salesperson had lumped the entire package together and I didn't have any ala carte prices itemized, so I asked her to elaborate so I understood just what I was purchasing. AS SHOULD EVERYONE ELSE. IF YOU DON"T UNDERSTAND ASK. If you think it's a little shady, then leave. I did purchase my proofs and was explained to at the beginning of the sale that the proofs and a membership card would be included...I assumed that I was purchasing these things and could have at any time said no, but was pleased with the presentation and bought it because I wanted it. After the salesperson and I agreed on the price for my package, the total came on the screen. I gave my credit card and signed the receipt. Two weeks later I received my images, signed for them, and that was the end of the transaction. I was pleased, satisfied, and booked an appointment for my children for three days later.
