well still no progress the company refuses to honor any of the laws they refuse to provide there insurance information. I keep recieveing harrassing emails and calls from them. My glass is still gone however I did recieve and email from one of there associates who told me they sold my glass for profit to a third party and made thousands of dollars. Other than that I sent out one of the power supplies to the consumer product safety commission as they tend to catch fire and I don't suspect fires on cruise ships would be a good thing. So thats my update
