I ordered 2 pair of glasses. They only shipped one pair, saying they could not make the other. I paid additional money to upgrade the 2nd pair, but they never shipped it.
Multiple calls to customer service only resulted in delay, obfuscation, and misdirection. After each call they promissed to email an inquiry to the production department and get back to me in 24-hours, but the promissed replies never returned.
I am not trying to get my money back, but they say that will take 30 to 60 days, despite the fact that they bill immediately and promise to ship in 14 days.
