I ordered a ring on 12/2/2016 and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping to ensure it arrived before my boyfriend's birthday.  Arrived two weeks later AFTER his birthday, which was my first aggrevation with this place.  The ring didn't fit my boyfriend, but I had bought from Glencara because they specifically state they offer free size exchanges.

I returned the ring to the New York address per the instructions on the website.  Thank goodness I paid to have a tracking number, as I was able to confirm they received the return.  Weeks passed and I never saw the new ring.  Every time I tried calling them, there is a message saying they are so busy they can't take phone calls but to send an email to [email protected].  I sent them an email and got no response.  Per the phone message, I sent the email again, this time with "URGENT" in the subject line, supposedly guaranteeing they'd respond in 24 hours.  Days went by, still no response.  I sent the email a third time with "URGENT URGENT URGENT PLEASE READ" in subject line.  No response.  I let them know I'd be disputing with my credit card company.  It is 2/6/2017 and I have still not received a response to my repeated emails, and I do not have a ring

They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.  I wish I had Googled them before buying from them!  Total scammers, rip off artists.  I don't know how this place stays in business.  Buyer beware!!
