GLOBAL CLAIMS INC; SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANIES I WON A CONSUMER'S PROMOTIONAL DRAW. THEY SENT ME A CHECK FOR $4,965. SAID TO HELP PAY THE MANDATORY PAYMENT OF NON-CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL TAX SEATTLE Washington
I was sent a letter with the enclosed check for $4,965 from Global Claims Inc.They said I had been drawn in their annual Consumer's Promotional Draw. They said the prize was payable to me by means of a Certified Check deliveredby a courier company. The check for $4,965 was to aide me in the mandantory payment of Non-Canadian Residential Tax, insurance and delivery charges pertaining to my $250,000.00 winning. I was to contact this claim agent Julia Myers. And that I was to pay this Tax Agent Ashey Croft in Prince George, Canada in the amount of $3,963. Payment method was to me by Money Gram/Western Union.

Where is the rip off ??? All you have done is to give a narrative of a letter you received. How about filing a COMPLETE report outlining HOW you were ripped off ???? Geeeezzzzzzz.
