To all this has effected - potential " Global " customers / Employees of "Websmart Interactive":

To begin I would like to send my deepest apologies to all that were " taken " by this " Global Financial ". Please know that anyone ( with the exception of the gentlemen mentioned above )assosiated with this telecommunications company had no idea of the fraud that was being perpetrated on you or your families. From Reps, to Supervisors,to Trainers, right down to the janitorial staff had no idea of the deception that was taking place. Please understand that for those of us who have been with this company longer than 2 years know that at one point ( before it was purchased by " John " ) this was a reputable company so much so, our provincial goverment offered all kinds of goodies to Mr. Stitzer to set up shop with our city - examples are - tax breaks, funding for employment, the list goes on. At the time our parent company ( Z-tel a public traded company on the NYSE ) was a quality product for quality individules, who could benifit from its daily use.Employees were told that " Z-tel " was in financial difficulty and was looking to sell. That's when " John " and his good buddy " Dino " took over. At this point its all downhill. Saskatoon is a city of 250,000 people we have the highest rate of unemployment in the country, the average wage in our city is $6.75 an hour. These " Men " ( and I use that term lightly ) used this to their advantage - bullying tactics, threats and intimidation was the management style of choice. I mention this only because in a city with no work it was very difficult to speak out about anything much less - the fact that this was anything other than legitamate. Fast-talking " Buzz " would be quick to find " answers " to representative concerns and heaven forbid you have a morale issue with this program you would have been quickly disiplined. ( fired ) I paint a picture for all to understand because its important that we find answers to this problem. Its important to you our customers,and my fellow co-workers because we all have families and responsiblities. Whats important now is that we all work together and share information so that 1. John , Buzz , and Dino dont do this to your/my family again. 2. We can teach awareness that although some offers are good , some should just be avoided. 3.We try to obtain all of our " one time membership fees " , our paychecks , vacation pay , and severence. 4. And finally, so that we may see these gentlemen where they should be- behind bars. Again my deepest apologies , this by no means makes up for customers losses , but know that we were hurt too, and although that wont get your money back directly from "Global" I emplore you to do what you can LEGALLY. Thank you for your time. Websmart Employees - I gained lifelong friends with some of you , and you will be missed, stay strong and my god bless all of you, and your families.
