Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This Global Financial called me saying I had prequalified for a Visa or Mastercard and told me about all of these great gifts that would be sent to me in my introductory package plus the $100 gas rebate (he said it wasn't a coupon, but an actual rebate) and the $500 in grocery coupons, and a free stay at a hotel after I paid the 229.95 registration fee. I PAID it like a fool and now Im screwed.

They went thru this whole bs verification process and "recorded" my authorization of the use of my CC to acquire my funds. If I were a rich person I probly wouldn't be stupid enough to make this mistake. However I would bankrupt this company and hunt down the fool responsible.

I have not recieved any information from them since the first time we spoke. Call me if you can get my $$ back. I don't have all the companies info on hand but some at my house. I was very frustrated to find an article concerning their company. Please do something about this!!

As all of you, I too picked up the phone one day and fell for the scheme. My husband and I were trying to build back up our credit, and I thought this sounded like a good deal, and the free gas...HAVE YOU SEEN GAS PRICES LATELY...and free airline tickets and coupons...the list goes on and on and I was taken hook, line and sinker. I think like all of you, I feel foolish, but I learned an expensive lesson and that is to trust NO ONE!! Unlike many of you, I called them several times, and talked to different people, and then would call back and "magically" that person never worked there...BUT I kep calling and harrassing them. I kep track of names and dates and everything, and even got a form to fill out for my refund. I thought the nightmare was over, and that I would get my money, and I filled out and faxed in the form...no refund :( I HATE these rats and want to get them back!!! We should press charges against them and get our money back and send them to jail so that we have the last laugh!

I contacted my bank about the $221.95 fee and they asked me if I signed anything authorizing the amount to be deducted and I said "No," they then asked if the payment was obtained by fraud and I said "Yes." After that they asked me to come into the bank and sign a statement that affirmed what I had previously told them. I also brought copies of statements that appear in this forum, to show there was a definite pattern. They, at the bank were very nice, and 2 days later they credited my account with the total amount of $221.95. I also tried to contact the company owner, whom I finally traced to Atlanta, Ga. amazingly, this ficticious owners name just happened to be Steve Smith. All the other numbers I called were just telemarketing firms or finacial service companies who just took your payment info and processed it. They also informed me that they were no longer doing business with this company. Anyway try this at your bank and see if it will work for you, the key is that you make sure you tell them the money was fraudulently obtained and that you did not give written permission to do the payment. Good Luck

I TOO WAS ALMOST TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY. I WANTED TO THANK WHOM EVER STARTED THIS SITE. ABOUT A MONTH AGO I WAS TELEPHONED, AND LIKE EVERYONE ELSE I GAVE THE INFORMATION,BUT UNEASY ABOUT THE SITUATION I ATTEMPTED TO LOOK UP A WEB SITE, BUT WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEY DON'T HAVE ONE, BUT I FOUND THIS SITE. THE TOLL FREE NUMBER THAT I WAS GIVEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE "VERIFICATION" NUMBER, BUT THAT NUMBER REDIRECTED ME TO A NUMBER THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. I THEN CLOSED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT BEFORE THE CROOKS WERE ABLE TO DEBIT. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE ON THE UP AND UP, BUT BELIEVE ME ITS NOT! I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF OVER $200, AND WORST OF ALL THERE'S NO CREDIT CARD!

I tryed cancelling the check through my bank and they said that it could still go through if they change the amount. This freakn sucks!! These people don't have anything better to do. Why don't they go out and get a real job to where they would actually work for their money like all the rest of us. Yeah...like everyone else here, I've also been ripped off by this stupid, nonexistent, golddiggin' company. I was offered all these credit cards and airline mileages and stuff. After stupidly giving them my info, I called back to confirm that I didn't want the package anymore.

The service guy told me he'll cancel it, although this time, there was no voice recording. A month later, they took 221.95 from my bank account. Did I even get the stupid package? HELL NO! And I'm a freakin' college student! This fraud must be stopped, and everyone who has been a victim must get their refunds!
