Complaint Review: Global Life Enhancement - Galloway New Jersey

I think some of the positive posts on these products are not actually from who it says there from, and seems to me like they are from someone from the company itself and trying to disguise it by saying they are a customer posting something good of the product. Well Ive had my own experience with this product and I will say in my opinion - SUCKS big time, and I will never go there again or purchase anything from this lame place.
I feel that there should be laws against this sh-t, and like you will read from others that this stuff - whatever it may be, is absolutely rubbish and in my opinion anyone thinking of buying this stuff - don,t or you will be kicking yourself and if you want to throw your money away - well that's up to you. What some people will do for money!, and what some people will do with money!

Opinions are just that, and anyone has the right to there own, so lets hear it.

So who ever wans o get high legally should go to California, become a citizen and obtain a medical marijuana card which is extremely easy to obtain and will cost you 60 bucks than you can go into a beautiful shops and smoke real marijuana with thc and do it legally, the best ive ever tried i might add 8)

its a great shame that only now have i looked on the internet for sites such as these which are filing accurate reports discrediting this scam of a company me n a friend bought bout 40 quids worth of stuff off of here, no idea in the slightest what it is but it doesn't work full stop. it's a scam. This company is posing as www.monstersmokeshop.com, its pretty obvious as both MSS and HSS websites ahave the exact same layout, product logos, and BS. I'm glad I'm broke or else I might have fallen for it. Also, you have to look at how many people ordered the product and counted thier losses, without cmplaining. The "satasfaction" ratios are skewed. I know my stats, sirs.

Interesting Derek - Bob just posted on 07/02/07 that your complaint ratio is 1 in 5000. You say 1 in 3000. Why the discrepancy? I think it's because you are full of crap! You have provided no proof of your claims of good customer service or these so called "ratios" of satisfied customers. Here is what I had to say to Bob although he has yet to respond: I had the same problem with this company that HUNDREDS of people have reported on this site. Think for a second about the number of people who are not aware of this site and found nowhere to voice their complaints. Just because Bob (Derek) says '...when the reality is we have less than 1 in 5000 complaint ratio. 1 in 5000' does not make it a fact. How is that information tracked? Can Bob provide some sort of PROOF? You can repeat again and again that your customer service is great but that does not make it fact. One of the things people should consider buying this junk is WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? For all we know it's the fungus that grows between Bobs toes. Akin to my other statements, Bob may say it's natural but that is not proof! Perhaps it would be a good idea to have the FDA look into his claims. I am beginning to think either the people on here are just completely going about placing their order the wrong way...OR they are from this other competitor's site which have on their site some 'testimonials' bashing the herbal smoke shop. SPECIFICALLY stating that they never send their stuff out but charge you right away.. All I want to say is, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A BUSY SIGNAL.. Looking for a smoke close to weed to "get high"? Well, when you are older you may decide that the "getting high" was simply not worth the money and your resulting health problems.

I have been ordering from this company for over 3 years, and never had a single problem. Their products are great and so is their customer service. It is odd that there is any complaints at all since I have ordered well over 30 times and never had a single bad experience. I give them A ++ rating, and think whoever has a problem should just contact them rather than post this bogus slander. Every time I have ever called to order, I get a friendly customer service rep on the line who is more than willing to help me. Perhaps you are calling them after hours or something. Also, I see they respond to every single complaint, which to me would mean they obviously want to help all their customers or they would not respond to any posts. Hope this helps any perspective customers, I think this company is very trustworthy and I think their products are amazing

I just also received this "legal bud". Wow!!! I'm thinking about opening my own Herbal Smoke shop. Hey, it is kinda cool - just start to grow some grass and then sell 1/2 oz. for $40. - gooood business and there is no reason to have another job, especially considering the potential 30,000 "happy" buyers!!!

I would rather speak with you over the phone if possible, but we do respond to all emails as stated on our website, within 24 hrs of receiving them. That being said, please call us 9am to 4pm eastern time, mon-friday, toll free at 866-437-2748 if you have any problems, as I or one of the other staff members is more than happy to assist you. Our product is much more than just "wild lettuce" and as I previously explained is not just wild lettuce. In regards to your comment about where it comes from, it is 100% grown and flown from hawaii to our warehouses 3 times a week. In addition, your complaint is 1 out of 30 in the last 300,000 shipments. That is a 1 in 1000 ratio, meaning 999 customers did not complain to your single complaint. As far as the positive posts here from our customer "Brad", thank you for your input, it is much appreciated.

Please do not understand that this is a "complaint oriented" message board, and usually do not take the time to post their positive responses, leaving only negatives for every company on this website, including huge companies like hewlett packard, and microsoft. Some of the complaints are obviously engineered by competitors trying to slander our company, which is understandable beings we are the industry leader for SEVEN YEARS IN A ROW.

Why is it that when I did several different web searches I found no positive about this company except by those who are in the affiliate program? I did however find several negative comments. You, Brad, are either a liar or a moron if you you think that this is a 'high quality' product with 'Uncanny resemblenses', this is nothing but specially grown WILD LETTUCE. I contacted you right after I made this post here. You take the time to read these rip-off reports and reply, but not to read your email and reply? I have no spam filters on my email so that excuse will not work.

I will post some pictures this evening of the little baggie and the ingredients label. I don't have a digital scale to verify, but it looks more like an 1/8th of an ounce when I compare it to other smoking products I have purchased. It actually feels lighter and less dense than other smoking products I am familiar with.

I don't dispute your claim that there are 30000 happy customers a month. All suckers like myself, I am very curious however to how many actual repeat customers you have for this product alone. I know that you sell many other great products, but I am refering to this product specifically. They'd have to be absolute morons fall for this bit twice.

It is not simply wild lettuce, it is a hybrid plant, which is in the family of wild lettuce. We do not give away it's genus as it one of our most important company secrets that our competitors wish they knew. Wild lettuce, when combined with other herbs, in an herbal blend, can be a great smoke, but just wild lettuce on it's own, in my opinion is not much of a smoke. We specialize in formulating varieties of herbal blends and buds, but the product you purchased was an "all bud" smoke. It is directly from the plant to the bag. As far as the product size, there is no such thing as a "small half ounce" as all of our products are weighed on a high tech digital scale and do not ship unless exactly @ 14 grams.
