Global Living Global Reading ripoff fraud business Massena New York
Global Living is a magazine subscription service that captures its victims through telemarketing. I hung up the phone before completing the order and they still charged me magazines costing $900.00.
They told me they could not cancel my order. After continued correspondence someone else told me in order to do this and refund my money that I had to be current on a transaction that I had received no magazines.
Trying to rectify this situation, I complied. Instead of getting a refund and cancelling my order, they sent me teen magazines 6 months after the initial contact. They continue to harass me for payment on magazines that I did not order.
