Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband & I, have 5 children and after having a bank employee (different story) embezzle everything we had, went two years with basically, no income. My husband's workers comp claim was miraculously, reopened June 05. He was going to be able to go back to school for retraining.

My dad, who used to be the total, optomistic, salesman had been following Global Resources, inc. for a few months and thought that it would be a good "money generator" while my husband completed school. June 16, 05 my dad had finished being "built up" by Courtney (the salesman finish upper) He was offered three units for the price of one and my dad would be given the Wa territory if the money was wired to SunTrust Bank, Hollandale, Fl that day.

We were pressured and I, really didnt feel right about it. However, dad and husband won. We gave my dad $14,000.00 to wire. This ruined our chance of buying a home and many other oppurtunities. My dad, had been going through prostate cancer treatment and driving to Seattle for radiation several of times a week. None of us needed this (as did none of you)

Anyway, when the unit(s) didnt arrive over 45 days later my dad began calling Jack Straw (jerk!) He did email followups etc.Basically, everything that he was instructed. Clearly, the contract states if the product doesnt arrive in 45 days there is a full money back guarantee. Well, my dad got a hold of Eddie and was given another man's number. This man told my dad that if he were to get three more units sold a check would be issued for $10,000.00.

Things became very tense between all of our family. Thankfully, there has been forgiveness and some lessons learned. I have done what all of you have ie agriculture dept. bbb, channel something news. They were going to run a segment on it but we didnt live in Fl. to be interviewed. That is another way to get him (if any Fl people are out there)

Finally, I have found a lot of things about Stewart Pope. He owns two homes one in Largo, the other in Pinellas co. By a golf course. He refinanced it last Dec. as he was about to lose it to the bank. There are no liens etc. If anyone wants to help me get a lien on his home that would be an idea. He obviously, doesnt want to lose it. He has a wife, Susanne and two daughters. One was arrested for unemployment fraud. (Runs in the family!)

Before I go, do any of you wonder why the Dept of Agriculture allowed this man to continue this business after the previous owner William Judd, was arrested and put in Federal Prison? How could it be allowed? Also, a lawsuit had been filed prior to our sending the funds. How could that be allowed? There is something really crooked that involves more than Stewart Pope. I looked into the case index for the Federal courts. Nothing at all about Stewart. William Judd, was shown but not Stewart.

So, why dont we all pull together and not depend on the government. It appears that was all for show.
