Please remember every company has disatisfied customers or salespeople. Just since this report began on our company we have dealt with approximately 203,183 customers. Of our management team the President has 24 years of pool experience, the Service Manager has 22 years of pool experience, the General Manager has 21 years of pool experience, the Credit Manager has 15 years of pool experience, and our Installation Manager has 9 years of pool experience. We advertise and sell pools from $299.00 to over $10,000.00. The customer chooses the pool that best fits their needs. We have sold, installed, and serviced thousands and thousands and thousands of pools. We have hired thousands of salespeople, associates, and installation crews. We have been told by our vendors that we are one of the largest pool dealers in the whole country and we have more safeguards to protect our customers and associates than any other pool company anywhere. No company, including but not limited to, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, General Motors, Bank of America, and Delta Airlines have 100% happy customers or associates. Even the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints, (See badbusinessbureau.com). After adding up all the negatives contained in this report we still have over a 99.99% success rate. In comparison to the number of customers and associates we deal with our complaints are miniscule. No company is perfect but we are trying to be. Why the name change? We also are legally changing our name to Blue World Pools, Inc for two reasons. The first reason is we sell in many different states and there are other Global-Sun Pools in other states. As our company expanded we ran into name conflicts in other states forcing us to do business under other names. That is the reason we used different names. We did a national search and we can use the Blue World Pools name in every state in which we do business. Our name will be less confusing for our customers. The second reason is our advertising agency seems to think Global-Sun Pools is a poor choice for a name. They feel Blue World Pools, Inc. has a much higher consumer appeal. Our phone numbers have not changed, our corporate location has not changed, the corporate officers are the same, and Blue World Pools will honor all past warranties. None of our past or future customers will be affected by the name change. We have also registered the name change with the Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau. We hope our customers agree with our advertising experts and welcomes the name Blue World Pools, Inc.
