GMAC Mortgage, Barry Sheffler, Nicole Echevarria ripoff forced us to rob our 401K retirement for 2nd to save home from sale at aution same deal fraudulent fees payments not qpplied, ins. scams Waterloo, Phoenix, Louisville, Dallas, Van Nuys Iowa, Califonia, Texas, Kentucky, Arizona
Same as Fairbanks, but this time we entered repayment plan, raising payments (after reinstatement fee of $11,000,00) from $1097.42 a mo. to $1700.00 a mo. that no one at GMAC, seems to know anything about,still sending original staements while taking our money we have no clue is even stillowing if it ever was. It has ruined us financially and don't know how we'll survive the future now.
