After many months of being very ill and having several surgerys I finally decided to accept the $200.00 loan modification that GMAC was offering me. Since I had missed the 2 previous offers by being in the hospital I begged many of the employees at the GMAC offices in Waterloo Iowa to help me I now had over $42,000.00 in medical bills and after filling out yet another set of papers I am being told that it doesn't really matter how much you owe your mortage modification is based solely on a formula.On a FORMULA! not on all the paperwork that I was required to send to GMAC but some d**n formula. I didn't want to file bankruptcy I felt that I could work this out due to GMAC receiving the huge loan from the Federal Government they would work with me . NO,NO, No,
I was told to send in the cashiers chech via Fed-ex overnight that GMAC would check the mail every morning prior to the sell date. LIAR, Liar ,pants on fire, you liars!!!!! You got my cashiers check, cashed it and sold my house what a bunch of LIARS ! Sleep well, may you all rot in hell!!!!

*JODY, MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT GMAC IS NOW CALLED ALLY FINANCIAL. IT IS BEING CONTROLLED BY THE U.S. TREASURY & CERBERUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT.....

according to information at the Wikipedia site.
If you 'Google' this- WHO OWNS GMAC, and go to the Wikipedia site you can see that Cerberus Capital Management & the U.S. Treasury own over 71% of what was once called GMAC. (It's now called Ally Financial.)
(You can also 'Google' this- ALLY FINANCIAL WIKIPEDIA, and that will take you to where the information is available.)
You can also do some research on Cerberus Capital Management by simply 'Googling' this- CERBERUS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, and the information will be available. (Steve Feinberg runs Cerberus, according to the information on the web.)
You can 'Google' this- ORIGINAL DISSENT WHO CONTROLS THE U.S. ECONOMY?, and go to that site and see that Timothy Geithner is the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury.
*It's interesting that the U.S. Government is now the majority owner of what was once GMAC, correct?
QUESTION: Isn't the U.S. Government supposed to be working 'for the people' of the USA?
