GMAC MORTGAGE Fraudulent interest charges Waterloo, Iowa
I have paid my account before the due date many times in the past, however recently their policies have seemed to change. I made my Nov 1 payment on October 17 and then made the Dec 1 payment on Nov 23 and was assessed an interest charge of over $41 because I didn't pay as early the second month as I did the third. I have neved experenced this practice before and I have paid this account early many times in the past, without the attending interest charges. I have contacted an attorney, however if anyone is working on this at present, I would be happy to cooperate in that action.
