THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS IN THE USA.
PLEASE READ BELOW...
I am a Realtor and Loan Specialist, here in San Diego, Ca. I have been in the real estate business for almost 9 years. I regretfully have to write this rip-off report, based on gross negligence, and misrepresentation on the part of www.GETMYHOMESVALUE.COM a subsidiary or Web Xtreme Inc.
The company getmyhomesvalue.com sold me 27 zip codes in my area, with the intent that the consumers that went to the website wanted to sell their homes, refinance their homes, or get a value check. Having purchased these zip codes, i was given 30+ leads that were 90% old leads, and 10% new leads, as a gift for signing up for so many zip codes. In t he past 5 weeks i have received an additional 18 leeds. Non of which have had valid phone number or the person named in the leed at the other end of the phone. This is when i began to find out just how bad these leads were and how much of a scam this company was, creating angry consumers that i was calling. Worst of all now i am being threatened of being sued, fined, loosing my real estate license, and Better business Bureau complaints on a daily basis.
The problem what they didn't mention in the sales pitch is that all the information filled out on the site is not verified, nor is the information accurate. I spend half my time getting yelled at by the people who i made contact with, and the rest of the time fishing thru bogus information left by consumers who never wanted a call back. Some of these consumers even wrote letters to me threatening me with new Federal Laws and Better Business Bureau complaint claims. It was obvious something was fishy with this website.
Unfortunately i am locked into a 4 month unbreakable contract where I negotiated to pay upfront 2,234 dollars and reoccurring fee's of 1,385 dollars per month for a total of 4 months minimum. So, as you can see this company wasn't cheap. They do have a high rank on every SEARCH engine I checked. This is partly why I trusted this company.
My attorney's tell me all I can do to hurt this company is tell as many people as possible that it's a scam internet company, who turns a blind eye to your problems thru a contract that is seemingly unbreakable, without threat of credit damage, and or judgments being filed against me or my company. So, why did i sign up? The answer was simple i needed to generate more business in my Real Estate career this company sent me an unsolicited email, and i followed up. Spoke with a nice sales guy who sounded like everything made sense. They had me fooled, and i am the biggest skeptic of all.
So, in the end, I learn a hard lesson not to trust these internet marketing companies with even 1 dollar. I can't charge back my account, but i can report them to every watchdog agency in continental USA, which is exactly what i plan to do and hopefully this company will enjoy my campaign for approximately 6,500 dollars total as a slap in there faces to being so deceitful and negligent, with there national website.
Please heed my warnings about this company THESE LEADS ARE A JOKE AND THE COMPANY IN MY OPINION IS NO BETTER THAN A PYRAMID SCAM AND SHOULD BE DELT WITH ACCORDINGLY. DO NOT USE OR SIGN UP FOR ZIP CODES FROM THIS SITE, IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY AND LOOSE A LOT OF HARD EARNED MONEY.

I would like to reply to those who have been upset by this company. First of all, I have seen the contract, allI had to do was ask.No where in the contract does it say that the leads will be legite leads. They offer you exclusiveity of the leads for the zipcodes you subscribe to. NO ONE< can guarantee every lead is for real. What Fantasy world are you living in. I have been helping a friend in the Real Estate business and I have looked into many a company. MOst companies only offer 1 year subscriptions, Get My Homes Value.com offers 6 moths or 3 months. It was explained that it could take that long for us to see results. Did you ask questions, did you ask to see the contract, or did you imagine that they were going to hand you your profit on a silver plate? They give you leads, if they can not verify them, you will have to get off your lazy butt and work the lead. All you need is a valid address and access to tax records. Sure, My friend gets what you call Bogus leads, but, all she needs is a valid address and the listing is hers. If you were dumb enough to not ask questions, not ask to see the contract, and gave them your credit card info anyway.... Tough luck. WOrk the leads you get and quit complaining. Cancel your subscription at the end of your contract and be more wiser before you sign up with another company.
