When you reach their website, which they have changed to avoid being caught. They offer a trial product just pay 3-4.00 SH. No further charges for 21 days, yet they IMMEDIATELY charged my Debit Card for $69.00+

Cannot reach them as they don't answer the phone. Stayed on hold for one half hour. Someone answered and said that I could not cancel the order (which I never ordered). All I wanted was the FREE TRIAL to try it. Whenever I saw my card was debitted, I called to STOP the transaction.

They will NOT allow any cancellations. Contacted my bank, and they put a hold on the transaction. Called and filed a report with the FTC. They said that they're getting quite a few claims from this firm.

I would like to file a CLASS ACTION SUIT and have them put out and off the internet.

Len, We do offer a 21 day trial on our products. With these offers you pay just the shipping and handling upfront, if you keep the products past the 21 day trial period then you are billed for the products kepthowever, only after the trial period has ended. If you ordered from our 21 day trial offer you would not be billed up front for anything other than the shipping and handling. The only circumstance in which you would be billed up front for more than the shipping and handling is if you ordered from a pay up front offer--which you have stated that you didn't--or if you opted to upgrade your trial order. We present additional products when you order our trial offers in which you can either accept or decline these offers. Should you accept our offer for the upgrade then you are billed up front for the upgraded product(s). You would be able to return these products to us within 30 days from your date of purchase for a refund should you desire to do so. We understand that you contacted us in an effort to cancel your order. Without viewing your actual order it is difficult to assist you in addressing this issue.
