GO Chemless, a Florida based business, has copied the name of the originial and only Chem-less(TM), swimming pool sanitation systems manufaturer.
Chem-less(TM) has been in business and operating since 1979, developing its pool sanitation product line.
Go Chemless is about 5 yeras old and has taken the use of the trade name Chem-less(TM), without permission.
The 2 product lines are distinctively different, but by Go Chemless using the trade name of Chem-less(TM), has created some confussion to the buying public.
Chem-less wants all to know that Go Chemless is not affiliated with Chem-less(TM), and because of the poor reviews of the Go Chemless product on the RIP OFF REPORT, please do not think that the orginial and only Chem-less(TM) is resposible for that product.
By Go Chemless using the Chem-less(TM) trade name some consumers have been confused.
