Go Courtesy Ford repairs rip off Littleton, Colorado
I bought a used car there last month and the warranty. My son said the car didn't sound right . So we brought it in the following month and told them about brake problems, spark plugs etc. They kept it for 2 days and said everything was fine they fixed the brakes, put in a new oil pan etc. We didn't really trust them so we brought it to Firestone and they confirmed that Courtesy did nothing but lie to us. We brought it back with the diagnostics from Firestone and they said they would take care of it a day later and no phone call. These people lie to your face and do nothing to fix anything. I am so disgusted with them and would recommend everyone to stay far away. There a much better dealers down the road.
