 GO GREEN LEADS was contracted and PAID to Generate QUALIFIED LEADS and Create appointments for a General Contractor... After severly underperforming, GO GREEN LEADS REFUSED to replace  the UNQUALIFIED Leads and Appointments or refund the Money that was paid for the SERVICE. Our Account Executive Alethea Seli was of ZERO help resolving the issue. One would think that if Alethea Seli SOLD the SERVICE she would try to rectify the situation. The qualifying criteria provided to GO GREEN LEADS WAS NEVER followed and we fear that they were TARGETING the Elderly and Retired Customers.

Stear clear from GO GREEN LEADS if you require Qualified Sales Leads and ETHICAL Business Practices. Their Business Model borders on Criminal Activity.

I always knew that one day a time would come when an angry x-client would write about our company with poor grammar, excessive caps, zero motives, and asinine accusations.  Well x-client, thank you for cutting our ribbon!  We have been providing leads exclusively for the solar and home efficiency industry for two years and have managed to avoid all situations such as this due to the fact we go above and beyond in servicing our clients and in making sure they have a positive ROI.  In this case, all the amount of servicing in the world couldn’t rectify the situation due to the ignorance and unprofessionalism of the client.  Every now and then we get clients who expect Go Green Leads to bring our inquiries for solar and home efficiency up to the point of sale. These are typically individuals with poor salesmanship and are struggling within their business to begin with.  We filter all of our leads with great care, but certainly do not take the sell out of the sale.  In this case, the client should have never bought leads due to the lack of infrastructure to handle them.  With this particular client there were 25 white label leads delivered with 25 appointment sets.  The white label leads were not handled accordingly on the clients end because of the refusal to utilize our script to convert the home owner into an appointment set, a proven script that works.  When our quality assurance department contacted the actual appointment sets we delivered they were absolutely butchered and bombarded with the "hard close" mentality and with zero education taking place on the benefits of home efficiency products.  Most consumers were told they had to pay 100% out of pocket and were given no other options....

Ok "Flap Jack, from Las Vegas", I am sure you know that in this economy the majority of the population cannot afford to take large dollar amounts out of their bank account for a onetime sale COMODITY, and in turn receive no alternate options of financing.

I wish I could say this was the kicker, but it surely is not.  You want to talk about "rectifying a situation" and my account executive Alethea being of "zero help"?  How about the fact that she was authorized from Go Green Leads to go ahead and deliver an extra 30 APPOINTMENT SET LEADS on top of the order of 50.  The extra leads we sent are in total a value of $3,450.00. This was done in an effort to keep our company name clean and remain on path with the stellar service we provide to the solar and home efficiency industry. 

 

The fact that this client received 80 leads and claims to have not closed a single deal does not reflect on my company, it reflects on HIS Company.  No client in the history of Go Green Leads has had such poor conversion rates.  

 

While I am inclined to take you to court for even mentioning my company name in the same sentence as criminal activity, it truly is not worth it.  After we went above and beyond in trying to service your extravagant and unethical expectations only to be met with this article is truly the worst insult I have experienced in my 10 years of marketing.  Almost as insulting as discriminating against the "elderly", of which your definition is "anyone over 50"...absolutely ridiculous.

 

Anyone who is reading this article please call me at 707.295.8208 for 10 free leads.  If you are in Las Vegas you will receive 20 free leads.  Please note, at the bottom of the article there is a link that says “Click here to read other Ripoff Reports on Go Green Leads” – Click on that and you will find no other reports but this fraudulent one.  I would write what company wrote this report and urge people to stay away from them, but it isn’t my style…as I never like to hurt anyone’s pocket and needlessly destroy reputations.  There is a much bigger picture when you unnecessarily try to damage someone’s reputation based on pure emotion…It directly affects the well being of families and is something my company will never do.  However, I will say…Thank you Grant, and have a great day- I look forward to servicing ever single competitor you have.
