I selected Go West Movers on February 18, 2006 to move my furniture from Washington, DC to East Boston, MA. They were suppose to deliver my furniture on March 18, 2006.

I called to reschedule my delivery date to Wednesday, March 15th instead. So I called Christopher Drummond (the person that sold the services to me) to give him my new contact information. To this day, he has not returned my phone call. I've called about 10 - 15 times to find out when my funiture is being delivered and no one will return my call eventhough I've left numerous voicemails and sent several emails.

On March 17th, I finally received a call from GoWest Movers that my furniture was just leaving the warehouse and would be there in the next couple of days.

Well, on Wednesday, March 21st I still have not received my furniture. I called and was able to speak with the dispatcher who says that was not true and my furniture is still at the warehouse in Maryland and that they were unable to find someone to deliver my furniture to Boston. So they lied about my furniture being delivered and the fact that my furniture was never on the truck to begin with.

As of March 22nd, I have no idea as to when my furniture is being delivered and no one has returned my call.

I don't know how to tell you this, but Go West Movers is unlicensed and uninsured for long distance moves. Most likely, they are trying to find someone to subcontract to to deliver your goods to Massachusetts. Call them from a different number and ask to speak to Victor or Gabe. They are screening you with Caller ID, and that's why they don't answer. Then call the MD Attorney General and the Department of Transportation (1-888-DOT-SAFT) to discuss options and complaints.
