Purchased a single ticket for U2 November 15, 2015, terror attacks were happening as my customer was preparing to land into Paris. Contacted Goal Tickets requesting a refund to which I received a reply that he was waiting for an announcement from U2 about rescheduling or cancelling the shows. Stated my customer was pretty shook up and with the show being outside of the country she has requested a refund. My emails were ignored until a new date was scheduled to which Vince responded with the new date and no answer to any refund. I filed a complaint with the NATB as listed on his website, though they were of no help as I wasn't a member and they had kicked him out as he was past due on his membership. With the little to no help I received, even with the NATB, I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank and would never recommend this company to anyone as he even violated California Law, treating the law like toilet paper.
