I purchased web hosting through godaddy.com a couple of years ago for my business website beachwalkvacations.com. When it came time to renew godaddy.com called my number several times and left messages. When I called the customer service rep back, Todd, and talked to him I asked them to renew my account and delete my other accounts and cancel the autorenew. They did the OPPOSITE. My beachwalkvacations.com account has been cancelled and I was charged $200 for the other domains that I DO NOT USE. I called and asked them to refund my money and help me get my beachwalkvacations.com domain back. They have informed me that someone has taken that domain name and cannot do anything for me. They asked to get more money out of me and register a new domain name. They also would not refund me the money for the other domains. This is very poor customer service.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE INITIAL LOW PRICES. THEY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF IN THE END. I'VE PAID MUCH MORE GOING THROUGH THEM THAN IF I HAD GONE THROUGH A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.

I tried speaking to a manager but Todd informed me that they would not be able to do anything and hung up on me. At this point, if I do not hear back from them and get a refund and help with my business domain I will hire a lawyer to sue them for negligence and whatever else fits the bill for what they did to destroy my online business.
