Goff Homes-What Warranty?
I moved into my house in October of 1999. Throughout the construction process, I had to babysit the contractors to make sure that they did not cut any corners. They tried several times. I had to go through and rip out most of the sheetrock because they were trying to hide the fact that they had not put in the insulation that I had paid extra for. I wish that were all they did wrong.
Now that I am moved in, I can't get them to do any warranty work. They did do the stuff that doesn't cost much, but they refuse to fix such things as my driveway. The concrete is breaking up and they say nothing is wrong with it. These are not normal hairline cracks, the concrete is coming apart!! Their "fix" was to slap a little patch over it.
To everyone in the north Texas and Oklahoma areas, DO NOT BUY A GOFF HOME!!!!
