gofundme.com a total scam refused to return money or talk anymore after i tried to resolve problems with their page. Internet
i set up a page on gofundme.com to raise money for a small business collecting heating firewood. for a few days everything worked fine. then i was unable to post updates or see my campaign activity. i brought this to the attention of customer service. they told me it was my browser which worked fine before. i switched browsers. nothing. i contacted them again and again and again explaining my problem every time. i asked for a customer service number and they refused. i asked that the money be returned to the people that donated and my account be closed and nothing. i told them that crowdfunding has a time limit and due to the problems with their site time was being wasted on my fund. I sent several emails and tried to talk to someone. nothing... no response. i cannot delete nor log out of my gofundme account once logged in. i believe this and the nature of their website make it a total scam. im sick of those feeding on the weak. this has to stop. and they need shut down.
