Golan Moving And Golan Van Lines insult harassment shout New York New York
This company arrived 6 hours late and caused a two day delay in closings on two homes.
The sales rep, David, responded to my request for a person to come out and look at what we had to move, saying that he could guarantee that we had no more than 10,000 lbs.
Although we were promised 5 packers who would PROVIDE ALL PACKING MATERIALS, pack and load in 4 to 5 hours, we got 2 men and a truck. They used all my soft goods as packing materials and removed our clothes from hangars and threw our clothes into wardrobe boxes, suitcases, etc.
They ran out of boxes so they used every container I owned to pack up my personal belongings.
The driver, Aaron, took regular breaks in the half packed truck, which was observed flying through the air on my street, with my furniture inside, damaging several antiques.
The truck was full before the house was 2/3rd's packed so they left. We requested another truck which they could not provide for several days and because we had a scheduled closing on our house and another the next day in another state, we had to hire a truck and two trailers plus 3 loaders so we could close on our houses.
The dispatcher, Michelle, harassed us by telephone and threatened to hold our belongings hostage. I reported the phone harassment to the phone company, she now e-mails threats.
Aaron, the driver, shouted insults at me and called me names, both in my home and in the front yard before leaving.
