Gold pan funding and kirby ascam. Kirby selles me stopped at my house while I was on bussiness trip and convenced my wife to by a KIRBY VACCUM CLEANER that cost 2567.00 with a 24% enterest rate. kIRBY lied to my wife and made her sign my name in this contract saying it would never go to my credit report.when I got home the damege was done. Now I have to for this or have m credit afected by th COOL California
kirby vaccum cleaners company has salles man going from house to house They are very tricky and do everything to sell their vaccums. On 9/13/2009 they stopped at my house to atempt to sell a vaccum cleaner to my wife. They lied to her in every possible way and after shown how the product would perform the asked her buy it and offered every discount possible (which is bull) Finally They made her sign my won name and saying that they were going to finance this Vaccum cleaner through an in house payment deal. They said that she would sign my name and give my social security ## to them just for the record But what they really did was check my credit through bank called Gold Pan Funding from California. They finaced me without my knowledge through a bank wihle they told my wife it was an in house finance deal. Now I have 2567.00 to pay in 3 years but I never signed or agreed with anything.Kirby and Gold Pan funding is a Big scam!!!!!!!

Whether or not Kirby lied...
Your wife signed your name to the contract. That's where the problem starts and ends!
Unless she has been judged by a court of law as mentally incompetent, then it doesn't take rocket science for the average person to know you shouldn't do that!
Are there scams out there? Absolutely! But once again, this is a case of someone enabling the scam.
