Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
It is not a good sign when you enter a companies name in the search engine and you come up with several hits involving rip-offreport.com. I knew I was screwed, but heres my story.

Apparently these people have agents or persons representing them that are not truthful. I am investigating this matter and this company, but felt a need to make sure that anyone considering leasing a credit card machine gets a snap shot before they fall into the same trap.

The representative told my partner and myself that if for any reason we found that we did not use, or need the approval machine we could return the unit and the lease would be terminated. I questioned the representative several times regarding this matter, as I was not interested in extending credit via credit cards. My partner insisted that it would enhance our business.

Guess what?, it didn't, and several months into the deal we quit accepting credit cards as it was just to much of a hassel and for the most part we were not asked to do so by our customers. For several months my partner and I tried to contact the representative, and when we finally tracked him down he told us that he would take care of the matter and get back to us. One year later we are still paying and have not and cannot find the representative, he has vanished, his phone disconnected.

As for Eagle they are not interested in discussing the matter, they simply want their money. They claim we signed a 48 month contract at $23.32 a month, to date I am waiting on a copy. In the mean time we have paid in over $600.00 in lease fees and I think we used the machine a dozen times. My company has been sold and the checking account closed. I was hoping that once the acocunt was closed that Eagle would go away, but no chance. Just got an invoice in the mail for 23.32 plus a $15.00 late fee. That's a rate of 64% on a thirty day past due, not bad interest consdering the market right now.

In closing prehaps 60 minutes should take a look into Eagle, loan sharks are not getting those kind of rates, or are they?

If you are staring a new busines you will be targeted, I'm sure that they are watching for new business traffic across the U.S., read the fine print as that will be the gospel in the end.
