do not ever join golds gym. was told that there would be and are paying for services that are not offered. also told that cancelation is not a problem that to cancel all you have to do is give 30days noitice and pay$75 cancelation fee. this is not true golds gym will require you to find someone to take over the remainder of your payments of you have to provide proof that you have moved somewhere that is not within 25miles of any golds gym location. club director mark thrash at tooele ut location will tell you whatever he thinks is going to get you to sign that line and once you do-good luck. you will discover that they have no concern for satisfaction of their customers and will not lose any sleep telling you a laundry list of lies. this place is a bunch of crooks and they have a line of new people in there everyday making the same mistake.

I have been to alot of military base gyms throughout the world and private gyms as well. The Gold's Gym in Tooele is top-notch. I came and paid guest fees for a week over the 2010 Christmas week. A plethora of free weights and modern machines and running machines including/simulating bicycles, cross country skiing, stepping and running. A basketball court, raquetball court, weight lifting room for women, nice locker rooms, a pool, a sauna, a excellent steam room, and a cinema room where you can run while watching movies on a screen like in a movie theater.Beyond any membership quibbles over contracts or dues, this is one nice gym!

will stand by my statement on everything that was said prior. yes any business is great untill you have a negative experience with them, we thought the same for the first two months we were there. i persume you are a golds gym employee or odviously have yet to have any conflict there. if you are a member and you are happy then i wish you he best of luck that you stay that way. once again i would highly discourage anyone from making the mistake of joining here and if you still want to go through with it- read your contract word for word and do not accept any type of verbal promises or hype that you do not have in writing or you will become a victom of the same lies that we have.

I think you have it all wrong. The people whom I have dealt with at golds gym in Tooele are some of the most helpful and encouraging on the planet.
Mark Thrash is in the business of changing lives.
Let me ask you this, don't you need your life changed? Would it be so bad if you actually used the gym for what it is intended for? Why attack an individual who persuaded you to do something you have probably been putting off for years?
Have you researched the future costs of health care if you don't get healthy?
Golds in Tooele has all the services I was told they have.
Please get healthy.
