Gold's Gym Ignoring, Crickets, Nonresponsive, Dead Air Greensboro North Carolina

I don't get it. I'm a long-time customer. I had a complaint. They have, at the local level and at the executive level, totally ignored me. How companies, that are so oblivious to what is important, stay in business is beyond me!
