giveRAMP is a pay-per-click search engine where advertisers can post their ads and be charged on a per-click basis when a consumer clicks on the ad.

giveRAMP charged my PayPal account for their services but never provided any services.

They notified me that the "keyword" I had provided to them for advertising purposes was not acceptable.

When I requested a refund they e-mailed me a copy of their Terms Of Use. giveRAMP claims the right to reject any advertisement for any reason at any time without issuing a refund.

WOW! I wish I could charge customers, then not provide any services saying that the job was unacceptable, then claim the right to not issue a refund.

If you're looking for a pay-per-click search engine, don't use giveRAMP. They can charge your account, then claim your advertising is unacceptable, then refuse to issue a refund.

Following is a copy of giveRAMP's Terms OF USE taken directly from their site.

3. Refunds. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. You may get started with a deposit as small as $10 and we advise that you do so if you are unsure of our services or please contact us

6. Rejections. giveRAMP.com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

I'd like to thank Mr. Gomolka for pointing out that I could have checked with his company for approval of my ad before spending any money. He is correct and I have apologized in my previous update. There is one very troubling statement though that I'd like to clarify. I did not and would not ever submit a pornographic site for advertising. The reason I chose "store" as the keyword is because I was trying to promote an internet store. This could not possibly be considered pornographic in any way. It is simply an internet store that contains general merchandise. Again, I apologize for my misunderstanding of giveRAMP's Terms Of Service.

After further review of the Terms Of Service, I'd like to issue an apology to giveRAMP. According to #3, a potential giveRAMP customer has the option to have their advertising reviewed by the company prior to spending any money. In my hurry to get ads posted I failed to notice this option and spent money without first contacting the company.

giveRAMP. Correction of Statement

I'd like to make a correction to a statement I made earlier. In my original report I said "If you're looking for a pay-per-click search engine, don't use giveRAMP". After some thought, I've decided it would have been better to say "If you're looking for a pay-per-click search engine, take giveRAMP's Terms Of Service into consideration before making a decision".

YES! That is correct, you could have asked us first if were unsure about whether or not your ad would have been accepted! First of all, you bid on the keyword "store" which is very generic and you wanted your pornographic website to show without any warning. That is not acceptable and you should be ashamed of yourself. We have never had any other problems and I think this qualifies as harassment of your part as well as Libel. If I thought anyone would trsut you I'd press forward with charges against you. You also never called to speak with anyone here. I have no reason to think anything other then you are very sick in the head. I'm sorry for your family. Justin Gomolka Gomvents Corp.
