In June 2005, I bought a 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 from Gonzaba Autoplex. After a couple of days having the vehicle I had a flat tire. Since the initial purchase of this vehicle I have had a total of 8 flat tires within the past 5 mths (2 flats to the driver rear tire, 1 flat to the passenger front tire & 5 flats to the passenger rear tire). Thus far, spending a total of $415.00 on purchasing new tires and/or repairs.

To this date, I am still in need of having to buy another tire at $240.00 to which will not do any good because the wheels are the actual problem. Until recently, the vehicle was taken back to Gonzaba for repairs thinking they would in good faith actually take care of the problem. They of course never told me why this was occurring.

I was recently informed the cause to all the flat tires was the result of defective and/or damaged wheels. Since the wheels are defective and/or damaged, this is causing the tires to seap air from the side between the wheel & the tire & ultimately causing the tires to go flat and in turn messes up the actual tire which leads me through the same process over and over. This problem will continue to occur unless these wheels are replaced at the cost of $600 plus per wheel.

I contacted the Sales Managers, Ruben & Hector, requesting they either provide me with a new set of wheels to elimate this problem that obivously was a problem the began on their end or return my down payment back of $1500.00 & the actual vehicle will be returned to them.

Ruben's solution, he can trade me out of this current Mercedes & put me in something comparable, which in all reality, is an obvious "NO" solution & puts me in an even worse situation because I would be in the negative considering the vehicle was just bought 5 months ago & there would definitely be negative equity. Again, another way of being scandulous and taking advantage of a woman consumer.
