Everything went well for the first hour I was there, showed me all the things (supposedly) wrong with my feet and posture. They knew exactly what to say, because your like how did they know this? I am 63 and don't fall for Scams, but they got me. We can make your life so much better. I was a lot shocked at the price of these inserts but they made it sound like I would be pain free within a couple of weeks. Sounded great, as I stand on my feet at work and on concrete.
So they went through everything I needed to do and whenever I got around to asking about any guarantees. They said my guarantee was no more pain. The way she talked, I believed her (such a fool). So for the past week I have been doing what they told me to do. I should feel a difference in the first few days. Well, they were right. My pain has doubled, I am in constant pain. I am taking OTC pain meds with very little relief.
I called them to ask what I was doing wrong, and they said "people are different and it may take a little longer to see improvement". I asked what their return policy might be if I decide to do so. They said "no refunds at all" we can exchange and try something different, of course at no charge to you. "We are here for you in your time of need" ...What a joke. I so wish I would have seen this site before spending my money.
